We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our team at a leading supermarket pharmacy chain in Truro. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and staff scheduling.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to pharmacy staff, including training and development programs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and services.
- A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
