McGlashan MacKay Solicitors, a leading immigration law firm in Glasgow, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Digital Legal Apprentice. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist solicitors and paralegals in managing client information and tasks using Denovo software
  • Develop expertise in Caseload, a legal case management and accounting system
  • Learn to arrange appointments and diary matters using Microsoft Outlook Express and Calendar
  • Collaborate digitally with interpreters to sign invoices using Adobe Acrobat Sign
  • Support management and undertake maintenance of Excel spreadsheets
  • Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and staff via telephone and email
Requirements:
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data
  • Willing to learn and develop new skills
