Are you an experienced cost manager looking to work on building projects that can change the world? If so, we are looking for a Senior Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join our team in London providing a comprehensive, accurate and value driven service across a variety of high profile and exciting projects for key clients.

Our Team in London consists of 130 cost managers, working across various sectors and is part of our wider 500 strong UK+I Cost Management team. We are friendly, busy and motivated with an established track record of successfully delivering local and overseas projects.

As a Senior Cost Manager working within the wider team, you will lead and deliver in all aspects of cost management and quantity surveying from project inception to completion. You will work with an Associate or Director to successfully manage and deliver a number of projects, varying in complexity and value. You will drive performance standards through expert communication and effective use of the performance management process. Maintain and develop good relationships with clients, take every opportunity to uphold and increase the profile of the firm as a provider of professional, premium quality services to the construction industry.

You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring junior staff to deliver our Cost Management service efficiently and effectively.

  • New Build Commercial Office /Residential / Mixed-use experience would be advantageous.

Understanding of a variety of project types/sizes/sectors. Proven ability to advise clients and design teams on cost, value and risk, not just cost in isolation. Degree Qualified - BSc or MSc - in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management. Professionally Qualified - ideally Chartered Quantity Surveying Status with the RICS, CIOB or other equivalent institutions. CSCS Card.
