Associate Director (Cost Management) - Sports & Leisure

As a key member of our Real Estate team, you will have the opportunity to work on iconic sports & entertainment venues and masterplans for a variety of clients, offering exciting development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and delegate activities of the cost consultant team, covering feasibility estimates, cost planning, contract procurement, tender documentation, tender evaluation, value engineering, and commercial awareness.
  • Champion a safe and secure environment to promote the company's culture.
  • Lead by example, ensuring an engaged team.
  • Drive performance standards through expert communication and effective use of the performance management process.
  • Work on diverse projects, analyzing data and solving complex problems.
  • Be accountable for briefing the team on the project scope and regulating service delivery to achieve excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Accredited MRICS member.
  • Experience managing high-value and complex projects within a consultancy environment.
  • Commercially aware with excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
