Traffic Management Specialist

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in traffic management? As a Traffic Management Operative at Sunbelt Rentals, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of traffic. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver and install traffic management equipment to customer sites, in line with Sunbelt Rentals standards and legal guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Delivery and installation of traffic management equipment to customer sites
Ensuring customers are coached on the correct use of equipment and can operate safely
Checking all returned traffic management equipment and completing relevant supporting documentation
Maintaining traffic equipment and carrying out repairs
Working outdoors in all weather conditions
About You

We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual with a commitment to Health and Safety. You will need to have a full UK manual driving licence and a flexible approach to working hours. In return, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including basic pay rate from £28,080, weekend and bank holiday rates, overtime paid up to 1.5, 45 hours per week + OT available, permanent role guaranteed, full training & PPE provided, career progression system, excellent pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, and the chance to buy or sell 5 days. You will also have the opportunity to work with a positive, friendly approach, communicating effectively with customers and the public.
