About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and conscientious Accounts Assistant to join our team at Ballyrobert. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months accounts experience and be keen to learn.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the sales ledger, including bank lodgements, cash posting, and credit control
  • Processing purchase ledger transactions, including invoice input, payment allocation, and supplier reconciliations
  • Reconciling bank statements and nominal ledger accounts
  • Assisting with the monthly Sage payroll, including pension submission and journal postings
  • Providing general office administration support, including telephone cover

About You

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and progress into more in-depth balance sheet reconciliations. Experience within the motor industry, including the use of Kerridge system, would be advantageous but full training will be provided.
