Carousel Consultancy Ltd is seeking an experienced Fundraising Research Specialist to join their fundraising team in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a prestigious national charity and contribute to their mission.

This role involves extensive research on prospects, arranging high-profile donor visits, and organizing events such as dinners and drinks receptions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and experience using CRM databases.

The salary for this position is approximately £38,000 per annum, plus benefits, including 25 days annual leave, life assurance, health insurance, and employee assistance programme. As part of the team, you will be able to see the daily impact of your work on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough prospect research
  • Preparing presentations and internal briefings
  • Arranging donor visits and tours
  • Organizing events, including dinners and meetings
  • Maintaining accurate records and tracking donations

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable success in target-driven fundraising roles
  • Sound knowledge of all fundraising disciplines
  • Experience with CRM databases (Raiser's Edge advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full driving licence and ability to drive/travel to meetings and events
