Role Overview

The Clinical Administrator Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care at Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust.

This challenging yet rewarding role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong ability to work under pressure using your initiative and professional attitude to support the ongoing development and smooth running of the service.

Your key responsibilities will include daily key performance monitoring, processing admissions and discharges, coordinating leave requests, diary/calendar management, arranging and attending meetings, note taking, typing and collating letters, and liaising with GP surgeries and external agencies.

You will also have supervisory responsibility for other administrators within the team, including staff supervision, annual appraisal, sickness absence monitoring, and staff performance.

Salary: £35,595 - £43,041 per annum (£19.41 - £23.24 per hour)
