Senior Cluster Revenue Manager

RBH is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability across our cluster of hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to enhance market share and profitability.
  • Manage a team of revenue managers to ensure seamless execution of revenue growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with general managers and hotel teams to surpass revenue targets.
  • Act as the revenue and commercial specialist in owner review meetings.
  • Set sales and pricing strategies based on thoughtful commercial judgment.
  • Conduct daily demand reviews and manage overbooking strategies to maximize RevPar and profit.
  • Understand local and international market trends to tailor strategic activities at both hotel and brand levels.
  • Manage the production of monthly and annual reports.
  • Guide the development and integration of RBH systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Experience in working within a dynamic commercial environment with responsibility for multiple revenue streams.
  • Highly organized and brilliantly insightful.
  • A creative and forward-thinking problem solver.
  • Strong guidance skills with the ability to inspire others.
  • Demonstrable skills in making thoughtful decisions in a pragmatic and timely manner.
  • Resilient, and motivated to achieve targets.
  • Commercially savvy with a keen eye of detail.
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills.
  • A poised public speaker with presentation skills to match.
  • An optimistic self-starter with a proven background in proactively identifying business opportunities.
  • Technically proficient with the full range of hospitality systems.
