Job Title: Senior Cluster Revenue Manager

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of Revenue Managers to drive revenue and profit performance, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies, leveraging market trends and customer insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to exceed revenue targets, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across departments.
  • Analyze market trends and tailor strategies accordingly, staying ahead of the competition and driving business growth.
  • Manage reporting, feedback, and integration of systems, ensuring data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a commercial environment with responsibility for multiple revenue streams, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire and guide others.
  • Excellent decision-making and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in hospitality systems and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
  • Willingness to travel, with a flexible approach to work arrangements.

Working Arrangement: Hybrid working model with access to Glasgow or Brentford branches, offering a balance between flexibility and collaboration.
