About the Role

We are seeking an experienced contract manager to support the delivery of large-scale grounds maintenance contracts across the west of England. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of amenity horticulture and experience of client-side grounds maintenance contract management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and attend review meetings with contractors
  • Scrutinize and prepare KPI and contract data
  • Monitor contractor performance and maintain detailed records
  • Deliver high-quality services and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of amenity horticulture
  • Experience of client-side grounds maintenance contract management
  • Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation and experience of managing contractor compliance
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills
