Contract Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contract Support Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale grounds maintenance contract across over 600 sites in the West of England, including Bristol, Bath, and Somerset.
The successful candidate will have a combination of expertise in contract management and strong customer service skills, with a solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation and contractor safety compliance.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of amenity horticulture, experience in client-side grounds maintenance contract management, and experience managing contracts for cleaning, window cleaning, and waste management services.
Key responsibilities include arranging and attending review meetings with contractors and stakeholders, scrutinising and preparing KPI data and other contract performance reports, and ensuring work is delivered to specification and safety standards.
About YouYou will bring a combination of expertise in contract management and strong customer service skills to this role.
The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, especially in handling data, proficiency in IT systems including Microsoft Excel and Word, and confidence interpreting maps and specifications, with experience using GIS mapping tools.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential for this role.
