About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise Sales and Revenue: Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and implement strategies to exceed targets.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain a high standard of store presentation, including visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current and future market trends, competitor activity, and customer promotions.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and team productivity.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous retail experience within the premium sector, preferably with a similar brand.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
