Store Supervisor Opportunity

One O One Convenience Stores, the retail division of The Scotsman Group, is seeking an experienced and talented Store Supervisor to join our team at Lochdochart Easterhouse store.

About the Role

As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring the store is fully stocked, labelled, and well merchandised, and helping the store achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, payroll, and targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be an ambassador for the store and create a positive customer experience
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and merchandised
  • Help the store achieve KPIs such as sales, payroll, and targets
  • Utilize good communication, computer knowledge, and numeracy skills
