We are seeking a highly skilled Global Energy Procurement Manager to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will be responsible for managing our global energy procurement category, including sourcing management and supplier relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic management of the global energy procurement category, including sourcing management and supplier relationship management.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand and execute business requirements.
  • Engagement with appropriate industry bodies to maintain and influence best practice.
  • Delivery of alternative energy projects through the sourcing of PPAs / vPPAs and EAAS.
  • Leadership of the Energy Procurement organization, accountable for the achievement of energy goals & objectives.
  • Build category specific competence and a global Energy Procurement community, connecting both direct and indirect reports.
  • Work closely with the Amplified Commodity team to ensure that energy hedging programs are aligned with the Energy Procurement strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience managing alternative energy projects and energy category procurement, including PPAs and vPPAs.
  • World-class supplier relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of Procurement or related business experience.
  • Proven track record of talent building within a global environment and building and leading high-performing and diverse teams.
