NXT Recruitment is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join their team in Carlisle, Cumbria.
This role involves working in a busy catering environment, serving food and drink to customers, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving hot and cold food from behind the counter
- Making hot beverages using commercial equipment
- Handling cash transactions and operating the till system
- Interacting with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Staying up-to-date with product information and promoting daily specials and meal deals
- Cleaning and maintaining the restaurant to a high standard
- Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food service operations
Salary: £11.44 per hour. As a Catering Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive team.
