About the Role
The Sales Ledger and Credit Control Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's sales ledger and credit control functions, including reviewing and developing processes, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for process improvement and excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and develop processes, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
- Manage the company's sales ledger and credit control functions, including customer account management and reporting
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers
- Assist with credit control and cash allocation
- Manage aged debt and provide periodic and ad-hoc reporting
- Assist with accounts receivable invoice management
Requirements
- 18 months' experience in sales ledger or credit control
- Experience in financial systems and software
- Proficient user of Excel
- Strong communication skills
