About the Role

As an experienced Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of mixed property portfolios comprising residential assets, including leasing and letting of property, undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals, dealing with the acquisition and onboarding of new assets into the portfolio, liaison with the Facilities Management team, managing and organizing improvement, repair, and maintenance work for residential properties, undertaking annual/periodic property inspections, and site visits where necessary.

This role requires applicants who ideally have MRICS, AssocRICS, or MARLA qualifications and possess extensive asset management experience or similar experience. Strong experience in dealing with clients, stakeholders, and contractors is essential, alongside experience of working in a fast-paced environment where professionalism and flexibility are key. You will be highly organized, with good time management skills and possess a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook. A full driving license is essential.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
