About the Role

The Product Engineering Manager - Luton is a key position within our company, responsible for leading the development of electrical products in Luton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop electrical products that meet customer requirements.
  • Work closely with manufacturing partners to establish product specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Team to resolve product issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of product development and testing.

Requirements:

  • Degree in an Engineering discipline with an electrical or electronics bias.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product engineering.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Salary:

£55,000 - £65,000 per annum (depending on experience).
