Production Engineering Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Production Engineering Lead to drive the development of our manufacturing operations.
The successful candidate will translate design requirements into user instructions and contribute to creating the project's manufacturing architecture.
Main Responsibilities:- Development of Manufacturing Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement the project's manufacturing architecture.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Quality Management: Ensure adherence to quality management systems and maintain a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Talent Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among team members.
- BEng in a Relevant Field or NVQ Level 3 Apprenticeship with HNC: Strong foundation in engineering principles and practices.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business results.
- Focus on Innovation: Encourage innovation and creativity throughout the organization to stay ahead of industry trends.
This position offers a competitive salary of up to £43,000 per annum, plus a bonus structure that rewards performance.
