BREEAM Assessor Job Description

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled BREEAM Assessor to join their team in Leeds. As a BREEAM Assessor, you will play a crucial role in delivering BREEAM assessments from early design stages to project certification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality BREEAM assessments and ensure compliance with UK building legislations and standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design teams to minimize environmental impacts.
  • Produce technical reports and sustainability strategies.
  • Lead current projects and secure new ones for the company.
Requirements:
  • BREEAM Assessor qualification, such as BREEAM New Construction.
  • Relevant consultancy or assessor experience in the construction industry.
  • Experience delivering BREEAM Refurbishment and Fit out schemes and BREEAM assessments from project inception to completion.
  • Relevant degree in sustainability or engineering.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
