BREEAM Assessor Job Description

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled BREEAM Assessor to join their team in Leeds. As a BREEAM Assessor, you will play a crucial role in delivering BREEAM assessments from early design stages to project certification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct BREEAM assessments for various projects, ensuring compliance with UK building legislations and standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design teams to minimize environmental impacts.
  • Produce technical reports and sustainability strategies for projects.
  • Lead current projects and secure new ones for the company.
Requirements:
  • BREEAM Assessor qualification, such as BREEAM New Construction.
  • Experience in a relevant consultancy or assessor role within the construction industry.
  • Delivering BREEAM Refurbishment and Fit out schemes and BREEAM assessments from project inception to completion.
  • Relevant degree in sustainability or engineering.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
