Join Our Team as an Automotive Paint Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Paint Technician to join our team at Vanta Staffing Limited. As a key member of our operational team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve even greater levels of success through a streamlined service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Skilfully undertake all preparation & repainting of cars & other vehicles
  • Complete all jobs within the allotted times
  • Skilfully work to the high standards expected by our customers, manufacturers & industry
  • Supervise all non-qualified members & provide support and training where needed
  • Communicate with internal departments, suppliers & customers
What We Offer:
  • Salary circa £50 K (apply if you feel you have more to offer) + Benefits + uncapped personal bonus (OTE £65 K)

Requirements:
  • Proven background working to high standards for a body repair shop
  • ATA accredited OR working towards accreditation
  • Good verbal communication and able to lead, motivate and train non-qualified technicians
  • Reliable & conscientious
