Job Title: Automotive Paint Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Paint Technician to join our team at Vanta Staffing Limited. As a key member of our operational team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve even greater levels of success through a streamlined service.

Job Summary:

The successful Automotive Paint Technician will be responsible for:

  • Skilfully undertaking all preparation and repainting of cars and other vehicles
  • Completing all jobs within the allotted times
  • Working to high standards expected by customers, manufacturers, and industry
  • Supervising non-qualified members and providing support and training where needed
  • Communicating with internal departments, suppliers, and customers
Key Responsibilities:

The Automotive Paint Technician will enjoy:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven background working to high standards for a body repair shop
  • ATA accredited or working towards accreditation
  • Good verbal communication and ability to lead, motivate, and train non-qualified technicians
  • Reliable and conscientious
  • Courteous, polite, and professional
