About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Longleat Ward, a nurse-led 25-bedded dementia-friendly unit within Warminster Hospital. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be actively involved in the rehabilitation and care of our patients from admission to discharge.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to patients with complex needs
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
