Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Employee Rewards Specialist will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of competitive compensation and benefits programs that reflect Akeneo's values and promote employee engagement. This includes salary structures, commission plans, and management-by-objectives frameworks for different regions and departments.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience leading a compensation and benefits function, preferably in a global context, and strong analytical skills with experience in compensation benchmarking using tools like AON-Radford.

The Senior Employee Rewards Specialist will work closely with People Partners, Finance, Legal, and Leadership to ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including flexible working hours, hybrid setup, paid maternity leave, health insurance, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience leading a compensation and benefits function, preferably in a global context.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in compensation benchmarking using tools like AON-Radford.
