Responsibilities
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents, utilizing a range of tools and technologies including LogRhythm, Splunk, and FireEye.
  • Analyze data from various sources, including network logs, system events, and threat intelligence feeds.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement remedial actions to mitigate cyber risks.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of security incidents and proposed remedial actions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, and stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a SOC or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of network communication protocols, including DNS, SSL, SMTP, FTP/S, LDAP/S, and others.
  • Experience with LogRhythm, Splunk, Darktrace, FireEye, and other security tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to articulate cyber risks against business outcomes.
