Job Title: Technical Service Manager for High Care Environments

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Resourcing Partnership Ltd as a Technical Service Manager for High Care Environments. In this role, you will lead a team of compliance technologists and QA professionals, ensuring that all food safety, customer, and quality standards are maintained within the high care areas of the site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of compliance technologists and QA professionals, ensuring all food safety, customer, and quality standards are maintained within the high care areas of the site.
- Motivate and develop your team by being visible in the factory, leading by example, and providing ongoing coaching and mentoring.
- As the 'go-to' person for technical matters, work closely with other managers and teams across the site to ensure technical integrity and best practice.
- Develop and instill a culture of continuous improvement, proactively looking for more effective ways of working.
- Coach and develop your team, supporting them to ensure they're all equipped to work to the best of their ability.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience of working in a Technical or Quality leadership role in a chilled / high care food manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge of retailer codes of practice.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and working to drive standards.
- Strong leadership skills, able to coach and develop teams.
- Highly organised, able to manage and prioritise a busy workload to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to develop good working relationships with colleagues at all levels.

What We Offer:
- Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
