About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Group Data Analytics Database Marketing team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering key analytics and insights to support customer communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage tools such as SQL to ensure data is structured and stored correctly, up-to-date, and of the highest quality.
  • Deliver meaningful insights through analysis to guide the wider marketing team on their customer communications.
  • Understand the data systems and structures within the business and contribute towards improvements to these systems where possible.
  • Ensure all outputs are visualised to a high standard through the use of best practice and advocate for data visualisation best practice.
  • Continuously develop processes so that deliverables are created in the most efficient way to improve performance.
  • Deliver ad hoc analytics and visualisations for internal customers.
  • Provide advice and guidance on data, analytics and visualisation to improve their knowledge and understanding.
  • Engage stakeholders and undertake appropriate testing prior to the implementation of any system or business changes.
Requirements
  • Experience in dealing with high volumes of data with excellent attention to detail and reconciliation.
  • Experience of creating dashboards/data visualisations with dashboarding software such as Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Experience in performing data manipulation and transformation to create and maintain datasets.
  • Experience with coding languages for data manipulation, such as SQL.
