At Starling Bank, we're looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in helping us develop our processes to minimize risk and improve the customer journey.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously. You'll be responsible for performing holistic manual reviews of Starling customer journeys, determining whether the right outcome is achieved, and identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey.

We're looking for someone who is resilient, positive, and able to adapt to changing requirements. You'll need to maintain your own knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry practices, and be able to summarize findings accurately and concisely.
