Obstetrics and Gynaecology Training Programme Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Obstetrics and Gynaecology Training Programme. As a Training Programme Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of medical education and training in the NHS.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the specialty training programme, including recruitment and quality management. You will work closely with the Head of School to lead the delivery of a wide range of functions, aligned to the Health Education England mandate.
The role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the NHS. You will be responsible for ensuring effective educational outcomes, improving learner supervision, assessment, and experience, and engaging faculty to support the programme.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the specialty training programme, including recruitment and quality management
