We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Obstetrics and Gynaecology Training Programme. As a Training Programme Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of medical education and training within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Training Programme, ensuring it aligns with the Health Education England mandate.
- Work closely with the Head of School to deliver a wide range of functions, including learner supervision, assessment, and experience.
- Engage with faculty members to ensure effective educational outcomes and support the development of a multi-professional workforce.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the use of digital technology, research, and innovation in medical education.
- Manage the specialty training programme, including recruitment and quality management.
- Professional and managerial accountability to the Head of School.
- Ability to work across the spectrum of health and social care, within a team environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in medical education and training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
