Your Opportunity

In this role, you will join our Office Administration team as a Co-op Student or Intern and take on the following responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors, directing phone calls, processing payments, and routing inquiries to the right departments or individuals in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage mail and courier requirements for delivery and pickup, including maintaining spreadsheets for tracking purposes
  • Provide general administrative support to our administrative team, including assisting professional staff
  • Proofread financial statements and letters for grammatical, typographical, and formatting errors
  • Work independently and follow through on assignments and special projects with minimal direction
  • Work with Workday for file and project management
  • Other administrative duties as required, including backup reception, mailing/courier, and aiding other admin staff
Required Skills and Qualifications

You must be currently working towards a degree/diploma focused in administration. Additionally, you should possess excellent attention to detail, strong organization and time management skills, developed communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients.

You should also be able to work independently, maintain a professional demeanor, and have a positive attitude within the office.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
