About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Surbiton Day Nursery and Preschool. The role is part-time, with flexibility to work three or four days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging activities for children, tailored to their individual needs and milestones.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and colleagues.
  • Promote child welfare, protection, health, and safety.
  • Contribute to a positive and safe nursery environment.
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children.
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging.
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements.
