About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at PayPoint Group. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional user experiences across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the discovery phase, conducting quantitative and qualitative research to gain a deep understanding of our users' needs and behaviors.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users' needs and behaviors, using data and research to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centered solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Design and deliver prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless handoffs and successful implementation of designs.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your work.
  • Proven track record of delivering user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, user research methods, and design tools.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
