Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at Clarus Education Ltd. As a Deputy Nursery Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery
  • Lead and manage staff, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and educational environment
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and team members
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene

Requirements:

  • Experience: Ideally, 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Room Leader or Deputy Manager
  • Qualification: Minimum Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent
  • Passion and Dedication: A commitment to providing high-quality care and education for children
