About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in Cambourne. As a Sales Assistant, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our charity's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers, providing personalized service and promoting our charity's mission
  • Organize and merchandise donated stock creatively to maximize sales potential
  • Collaborate with our E-Commerce team to drive online sales
  • As a Keyholder, you will be the go-to person when there isn't a manager on duty, ensuring the store runs smoothly and customers have a great experience
What We're Looking For
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our charity's mission
  • Previous retail experience is not essential, but a positive attitude and energy are a must
  • Ability to work well under pressure and on your own initiative in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Positive, creative, and confident with a focus on customer service and sustainability
