Aon, a globally recognized leader in commercial risk management, is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our bid management team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.


About the Role


This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of autonomy and accountability. You will be responsible for managing complex bid projects from start to finish, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop winning strategies and deliver high-quality proposals.


Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:



  • Managing multiple bid projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet tight deadlines
  • Developing and executing comprehensive bid strategies, working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders
  • Coordinating and facilitating bid meetings, rehearsals, and presentations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional delivery
  • Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals, maintaining strict attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Fostering strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:



  • A strong track record of success in bid management, project coordination, or related fields, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using bid management tools and software
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
