About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Construction team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the construction cycle, including planning, execution, and completion of projects
  • Ensure compliance with Company and NHBC standards
  • Supervise and coordinate trades and material procurement
  • Manage site presentation and maintain a safe working environment
  • Control costs and ensure budget adherence

Requirements:

  • Black or white CSCS card
  • Qualification to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme
  • Previous experience in Site Management, preferably in Residential Apartments, Retirement Living, Extra-Care Homes, or student accommodation
  • Sound knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and First Aid certification
  • Assertive and calm under pressure, with excellent communication and influencing skills
