Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety professional to join our team as a Regional Health and Safety Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and customers across our regional sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to site management teams to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies.
  • Develop and implement health and safety strategies to reduce the risk of injury and illness to employees and customers.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor health and safety performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent approach to health and safety across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in health and safety legislation and ensure that site management teams are aware of any new requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a health and safety role, preferably in an operational setting.
  • NEBOSH General certificate or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
