Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and distribute new stock to stores using the Range Plan set by the Merchandiser.
  • Utilise the system to ensure timely replenishment and make adjustments to maximise sales and profitability.
  • Monitor replenishment and make changes to maximise sales and profitability under the guidance of the merchandise team.
  • Support the merchandise team with accurate reporting and provide insights into sales trends and patterns.
  • Liaise with our Area managers and flagship stores regarding any stock and sales issues.
  • Conduct store visits to monitor stock levels and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Drive sales by identifying store performance trends, risks, and opportunities and providing feedback to the merchandise teams.
Requirements
  • Numerate and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills with effective interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Time management and highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills.
  • Intermediate level Excel knowledge with experience in data analysis and reporting.
