**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to join our team in London. As a key member of the retail operations team, you will be responsible for managing stock, contributing to document management, and ensuring good practices on product storage and manipulation.

Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Manage the stock by receiving stock, transferring pieces, conducting stock counts, handling special product requests, and following up on piece movements within the boutique
  2. Contribute to document management by processing invoices, archiving documents, and sending/receiving emails
  3. Take over digital tools topics when the Operations & Sales Manager is away and ensure the back-office area is properly set-up
  4. Develop personal knowledge & skills through self-training, group training sessions, and LMS tests
  5. Raise awareness of back-office activities among the sales team & train her/his backup

Requirements:**

  • 1+ year of experience in retail, particularly in luxury retail or the service sector (hospitality, tourism)
  • Flexible mindset with the ability to accept change
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
  • Experience in SAP would be a plus
