We are Rubber Duck Cars, a leading provider of accident repair services in the UK. We are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team at our site in London - Woolwich.

About the Role

As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing commercial vehicles and calculating costings and repair times accurately and professionally using Audatex. You will liaise regularly with insurance engineers, write job cards, and contact customers to provide updates.

This role involves working in a high-volume environment where we carry out repairs to BSI PAS 10125 standards. You must be able to plan your workload effectively, work safely under pressure, and carry out work in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

What You'll Need
  • Previous experience as a VDA / Estimator in a Bodyshop environment
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility in your approach and commitment to continually working to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind
About the Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to £45k per year basic, plus bonus up to £700 per month (OTE £53k). You will also enjoy a full-time, permanent position with Monday to Friday working hours and no weekends.
