About the Role:

We are looking for a Part-Time Support Assistant to join our team in Cornhill-on-Tweed. The successful candidate will work 7 hours per week on a Friday, supporting a young man with daily activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the young man with accessing the swimming pool
  • Support at a day service from 1pm-4pm
  • Provide transportation using a provided Motability car

Person Specification:

  • Good sense of humour and motivating qualities
  • Flexible working and ability to cover holidays/sickness
  • Common sense and ability to use own initiative

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £32,000 per annum, based on a part-time schedule of 7 hours per week. A clean driving license is essential, and a Motability car will be provided. An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate (DBS) is required, which will be arranged by the employer.
