We are seeking an experienced Optical Assistant to join our team at Specsavers Ruislip.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist with dispensing lenses, including single vision, bi-focal, and varifocal options.
  • Conduct pre-screening examinations and work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a seamless clinic experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient measurements and support collections, ensuring fit, comfort, and accuracy of frames.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, playing a vital role in the customer journey and retail team success.

Requirements:

  • Prior optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
