Childcare Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Childcare Development Manager to lead our team of nursery professionals in Kensington & Chelsea. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified leader to shape the future of early childhood education and care.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years and significant experience in a nursery or early years leadership role. They will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and practices that promote high-quality care and learning. They will also lead by example, inspiring and motivating their team to deliver exceptional results.
