CITB is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and robustness of training delivered by our Training Provider Network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and delivery of our quality assurance strategy
- Manage a case load of training providers to deliver the audit planning process, auditing, reporting, and managing non-conformances
- Support the onboarding process, approval of training organizations, and assist organizations to increase their training provision
- Plan and conduct sampling activities of assessment, training, and testing
- Carry out due diligence, interviews, approval, and review of trainer, tester, and assessor applications
- Communicate and deliver feedback to key centre staff and management
- Produce clear written reports in plain English for customers and employers
- Actively share good and poor practice during standardization team meetings with colleagues
