Job Description

Job Title: Director of Planning and Information

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Planning and Information to lead our Management Information Services and provide robust, efficient, accurate, and timely data collection, information, and data analysis and reporting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Management Information Services team to deliver high-quality data and information to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to support business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain complex data systems and databases to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Develop and deliver data analysis and reporting services to support business decision-making.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on data management and governance best practices.
  • Develop and implement data quality improvement initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data systems and infrastructure are aligned with business needs.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of data services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading data management and governance teams.
  • Strong technical skills in data management and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations.
  • Ability to develop and implement data-driven solutions to support business objectives.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets and resources.
