Seasonal Cinema Host

We're seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as hosts at Epsom Picturehouse. Our modern 6-screen cinema offers a unique and immersive experience for film-goers, with a focus on comfort, quality, and exceptional customer service.

This role requires flexibility in availability between December and February, with a requirement for evening and weekend work. You'll be responsible for promoting and selling tickets, retail items, and concessions, while ensuring seamless interactions with our customers.

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
• Operating cash handling and point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for both customers and colleagues
• Providing expert knowledge of our menu and offerings to customers

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently
• Offer suggestions and recommendations to enhance the customer experience
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

• Develop expertise in our product offerings, highlighting features and benefits to customers
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of sales accuracy
• Promote membership benefits and offers to increase sales and customer engagement

Estimated Salary: £11.95 per hour. As a skilled host, you could earn up to £14.00 per hour based on overtime opportunities.
