Care Assistant Role Overview
As a Care Assistant with City & County Healthcare Group, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. This rewarding role requires a caring and compassionate individual who can build strong relationships with our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Companionship: Providing friendly support and preventing loneliness for our clients.
- Personal Care: Assisting with all aspects of personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Medication Management: Collecting prescriptions, administering medication as needed, and providing reminders to our clients.
- Mealtimes: Preparing tasty meals and snacks for our clients, promoting healthy eating and hydration.
- Housekeeping: Maintaining our clients' homes to ensure they remain safe and comfortable.
- Mobility Support: Assisting our clients with daily tasks, such as getting up from bed or using the bathroom.
Requirements
